Refunds, if provided, must be handled by Yorktown Youth Soccer Club directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).
- Registration Refunds:
- *Bantam and In House requests must be postmarked before September 1st.
Refund Policy for Bantam and In-House*:
The registration fee, minus $75, will be refunded for
requests postmarked before September 1st. No refunds will be made for requests made on or after September 1st. There are no refunds due to inclement weather.
Travel Refund policy:
Once YYSC notifies you and your family (in writing to the email provided in your registration) of a player’s acceptance/placement:
You will have 48 hours to DECLINE the offer by email to firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure a refund less $50 administrative/tryout/evaluation fee.
Failure to decline the player’s acceptance/placement is considered an acceptance and there will be NO REFUNDS.
If a player declines the offer within the 48 hour window and does not want to play in any of our other programs, a refund less the $50 Administrative/Tryout/Evaluation Fee will be returned.
If a player makes a travel team, but declines the offer within the 48 hour window and decides to play in our recreational program, we will refund the difference between the travel and recreational fees.
Any Player who is not chosen for a travel team will receive a refund less the $50 Administrative/Tryout/Evaluation Fee
